Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Most products are custom and handmade and we cannot restock them. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at email@example.com.
We do accept exchanges. You must contact us within three days of receiving your order(s). Once the item has been received, we will issue a store credit if the item is in the same condition (unworn) that the customer received it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 7 days for processing and shipping. Most items are handmade and will need time to be processed. If you need an item immediately please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We provide standard, priority, and express shipping.
